Palmer College of Chiropractic
Started by the profession’s founder, Daniel David (D.D.) Palmer in 1905, Palmer College of Chiropractic is known as The Fountainhead of chiropractic education. In February 1991, Palmer College of Chiropractic and Palmer College of Chiropractic West, San Jose, Calif., joined forces to create the Palmer Chiropractic University System. Under the leadership of Chancellor Michael Crawford, this became the first chiropractic university system in history.
International Chiropractors Association
The International Chiropractors Association (ICA) is the world's oldest international chiropractic professional organization representing nearly 8,000 practitioners, students, chiropractic assistants, educators and lay persons world-wide dedicated to the growth and development of the chiropractic profession based on its fundamental principles and philosophy.
Alaskan Chiropractic Society
The Alaska Chiropractic Society was formally created in 1974 as an association that would benefit all members and graduates of all chiropractic colleges. It was started in 1971 by Dr. Keith E. Godfrey, Dr. Adrian Barber and Dr. Trevor Ireland, of Anchorage.
